- ChefXpress reserves the right to substitute a proposed menu item or condiment that is not available to us prior to or day of production, with proper notification to the client of described changes

Billing
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. All events must be paid in
full prior to delivery. If paying by check, payment is required to place
your order.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours in advance. All other cancelled
orders are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Menus items are delivered on disposable ware; however, upgraded service to
chafers, china, decorative platters, linen and service can be accommodated.
